Welcome to LumenArc Studios. By accessing or using our platform, website, digital environments, or any related services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing any digital environment, or making a purchase through LumenArc Studios, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Services

LumenArc Studios provides browser-based immersive digital environments, including but not limited to:

AI-generated visual atmospheres accessible via subscription
Spatial audio experiences integrated with visual environments
Limited-edition collectible digital environments ("World Drops")
Studio licensing tools for brand and enterprise use

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Account Eligibility

Accounts are available to individuals aged 16 and over. Accounts for users under 18 require parental consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in a harmful manner.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium and Studio plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, available upon request.

4.1 Collectible Purchases

Collectible world purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a collectible purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the limited-edition nature of the product and that no resale rights are granted unless explicitly stated in the applicable collectible terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual environments, audio compositions, generative systems, code, branding, and other content created by LumenArc Studios remain the sole intellectual property of LumenArc Studios and its licensed collaborators. Your subscription or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and experience the content — it does not transfer ownership.

5.1 Studio Licensing

Studio plan subscribers receive a commercial license to embed LumenArc environments within approved use cases as described in the Studio License Addendum, available in your account settings. Any use beyond the licensed scope requires written approval from LumenArc Studios.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our environments without a valid license
Use automated tools to access, scrape, or replicate any part of the Platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer our generative systems or visual assets
Resell access to our Platform or environments without authorization
Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LumenArc Studios does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumenArc Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LumenArc Studios is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days of creating your account.
